Testing & Non-Disclosure Agreement

This agreement is between you (the tester) and One Horse Life Media SLU, Carrer Ramon Turro 19, 08380 Malgrat de Mar, Barcelona, Spain; CIF ESB67249086 (the Owner). By logging in to MyAnna, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not log in or use the project.

1. Testing only

Access is granted solely for private testing and evaluation of MyAnna and for providing feedback to the Owner. You may not use the project for production, commercial services, or any other purpose without the Owner's prior written permission. Access is personal; do not share access codes or give others access.

2. Keep the project and testing confidential

Keep all non-public information about the project confidential, including its features, design, materials, conversations, outputs, screenshots, recordings, performance, bugs, test results, feedback, and the fact that you have access to or are testing it. Use this information only for the permitted testing. Without the Owner's prior written permission, do not disclose, publish, post, demonstrate, distribute, or share it with anyone other than the Owner, including on social media or through third-party services.

3. Experimental service — no guarantees

The project and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” for testing, without warranties or guarantees to the fullest extent permitted by law. Accuracy, reliability, security, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and preservation of data are not guaranteed. Errors, interruptions, changes, or data loss may occur. Do not rely on outputs for important decisions. Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and no future release or continued service is promised. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for losses arising from testing or reliance on the project.

4. Protection and duration

Protect confidential information with reasonable care and promptly notify the Owner of any unauthorized access or disclosure. On request or when testing ends, stop using the project and delete or return confidential copies, except records you must retain by law, which remain confidential. Confidentiality continues after access ends for as long as the information remains non-public. Access transfers no ownership or intellectual property rights.

5. Exceptions and legal rights

Confidentiality does not cover information you can show was lawfully known to you without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from another source without a duty of confidence, or made public without a breach of duty. You may make disclosures required by law or a competent authority; where legally permitted, notify the Owner beforehand and disclose only what is required. Nothing restricts legally protected reporting, disclosures to authorities, or rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
